Set in the elegant surroundings of Hempstead House Hotel, 'AquaManda' is the perfect place to retreat, relax and unwind, work on your fitness and indulge and pamper yourself. Our philosophy is wellness as a result of a healthy lifestyle as opposed to a solitary fitness regime. With us you will find everything you need to enhance your well-being and awaken your senses.'AquaManda' has been designed to create a calm and inviting environment to make you feel at ease while achieving your health and fitness goals.

Our approach is to devise individual training and beauty programs which are tailored your needs. Your program will be constantly reviewed and you will receive on-going professional consultation to achieve your desired results. As an overnight guest of the hotel you receive complimentary membership to 'AquaManda' from 12 noon on your day of arrival until 5.00pm on your day of departure.

We believe our therapists & trainers are the best - the best at looking after you, the best communicators and the best at performing effective treatments that make you feel great. Our highly trained staff will help you attain whatever outcome you seek, be it to address a specific health/wellness need (detox, inch-loss, firm, improve skin appearance, anti-ageing or post surgery recovery) or simply to help you rest, relax and rejuvenate.

Gift Vouchers
Treat yourself or that special someone to a gift voucherat 'AquaManda'. Gift vouchers for Residential, Day Spa Programs and Spa Products can be purchased on line or by calling us direct or emailing us. These vouchers are valid for 12 months. Gifts vouchers must be presented on arrival at 'AquaManda'.

Medical Conditions.
At 'AquaManda', all treatments are booked subject to medical status, which must be disclosed on booking, to ensure that you receive the best treatment possible.If you have a medical condition and would like to discuss the options available to you, 'AquaManda's' highly trained staff are happy to offer guidance and assistance. Suitability of treatments will be reconfirmed on arrival at 'AquaManda'. If treatments are unsuited to your individual needs, we will endeavour to offer alternatives where possible. Limitations on certain treatments are indicated for certain conditions. Please note that if you are pregnant some treatments may not be suitable.

Arrival Time
For all clients with treatments booked we suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before the treatment commences to allow for consultation time with your therapist. If clients are late, we regret that time will be deducted from the length of the treatment program as other clients will be waiting.

What to bring
Please bring your own swimwear which is mandatory in the pool area. Clients having treatments will be provided with a luxury robe, towel and slippers.

Privacy
Our Pools, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym, fitness studio, relaxation lounge and treatment rooms are gender neutral. There are no separate male & female areas in the communal areas. There are dedicated male & female changing rooms.

Prices
Prices are per person and correct at the time of going to print, and are subject to alteration without prior notice. We reserve the right to increase prices and modify or discontinue treatments without prior notice to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. All bookings are subject to 'AquaManda's' terms & conditions, available on request.

Treatment Bookings
A credit/debit card will be required at the time of booking to guarantee your request. Demand for treatments is high so, to avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend that you book well in advance. Personal treatments are just one element of the 'AquaManda' experience. The facilities pools and gym all contribute to 'AquaManda's' experience of rest, rejuvenation and transformation. If you are unsure of which treatments or programs to book, our highly trained booking team will assess your individual needs and recommend the most suitable treatments.

Saturday to Wednesday 9.00am – 6.00pm
Thursday and Friday 9.00am – 8.00pm

On Site Bookings
Hotel guests are also welcome to book additional personal treatments, subject to availability, on site. Please contact the 'AquaManda' reception for additional bookings.

Residential Spa Guests
Guests visiting us on residential spa packages have unrestricted access to the Swimming Pool, Hydrotherapy pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam Room, Gym and classes in the Fitness Studio can be arranged.

Cancellations
We appreciate that juggling busy family and work schedules and health can be difficult at times.

Please note that treatment appointments may be cancelled and re-booked (subject to availability) at a time to suit upto 48 hours prior to your appointment and upto 7 working days for Spa Days, Otherwise we will have to charge a 100% cancellation fee.

All Spa Day packages and treatments are Non Refundable.

Mobile Phones
'AquaManda' is all about getting away from it all, so we ask that you switch off your mobile phone or turn it to silent if you are expecting an urgent call, from the moment you arrive. We promise that not only will other clients appreciate this, you too will enjoy your day more.

Children
We do love them and have them ourselves... However the spa is full of grown-up people doing grown-up things and little ones cannot be cared for at the same time – no matter how good they may be.
