Terms and Conditions

This will be strictly a member’s only club and each member will have a membership card with their individual membership number.

There will be 3 membership types with an annual fee as follows:

• Individual members £30
• Partnerships £45
• Family £57 (maximum 4 family members all over 16 years of age)

Membership Benefits

1. Membership entitles booking access to Thursday Lunch or Dinner
2. 2-4-1 Promotion
3. New T&C’s valid from 1st May 2024
4. Full Menu available (supplements as priced)
5. Monthly Special Offers
6. 10% Bank Holiday Monday Lunch
7. 10% off Lunch Menu Monday to Saturday in Lakes or Brasserie
8. 10% off A la Carte Friday and Saturday
9. 50% off Room Hire for special occasions (excluding Heritage suite) Manager’s discretion.
10. Members will be offered a £5 per person discount on a Christmas Party night (excludes Saturdays)

General Terms and Conditions

1. You will no longer accrue points from your spend in Lakes Restaurant
2. Members must declare their membership number on booking
3. Members must have their membership cards with them when they settle their bills to receive the membership benefits
4. All correspondence will be addressed to the principal member by email unless otherwise instructed
5. Replacement cards will be charged at £5
6. Each type of membership is considered as ONE membership
7. Membership valid for one year from the date of purchase
8. Membership is renewable at the end of expiry date and valid for another year from purchase of renewal
9. Members must be present to receive membership Benefits
10. Booking availability is at the discretion of Hempstead House
11. Management reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions with notice.

2-for-1 Terms and Conditions

The number of guests who can have access for the two for one as follows (Including Member)

Individual members: Maximum of One Guest
Partnerships: Maximum of Two guests
Family: Maximum of six guests

The 2-for-1 offer only applies to an even number of guests. Members are welcome to bring more guests than their 2-for-1 allowance. The extra guests will not receive the 2-for-1 offer and will be charged as per menu.

The 2-4-1 cannot be redeemed on the following: Afternoon Teas, Special events: Christmas day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentines Evenings, Mothering Sunday, Easter Sunday, Father’s Day, Party Nights, Murder Mystery Evenings, Weddings and Functions, AquaManda Spa or Accommodation, Private Hire, Lakes Dining Club special events.

10% Discount Terms and Conditions

Discount is only available on Food Only. Members can receive the 10% discount on a maximum number of 10 guests. The 10% discount does not apply to any of the exclusions listed below: • Special events: Christmas day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentines Evenings, Mothering Sunday, Easter Sunday, Father’s Day, Party Nights, Murder Mystery Evenings • Festive menu in December • Weddings and Functions • Parties of 11 or more • Lakes Dining Club special events
