Following the government lockdown update.  AquaManda will remain closed for all services and facilities until we receive further updates..

We will be in contact with you if you have any reservations.

The following information provides our previous COVID policy to access and controls for your safety: 

Online Booking is preferable for you as we will have limited staffing on the Aquamanda desk to answer the phones

All reservations for Spa Days will be contacted directly to re-arranage your options for your day if you are same household guests only.

No food available

Take away Teas and Coffees only

Enter the changing rooms 5 minutes before your time slot

Pool and gym will remain at 45 minutes per session and are pre-bookable a week in advance

Arriving Gym & Swim ready

Gym users to use Brasserie Toilets

No shower facilities in the changing rooms

Only 5 people in total will be allowed into the Pool area

Only 5 people in total will be allowed into the Changing Rooms.

Only 4 people in total will be allowed into the Gym/Studio

Swimming MUST be in a clockwise circle if there are over 2 people using the pool.

Only access will be allowed via the AquaManda entrance – YOU MUST CHECK IN TO CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE

Please ensure a face covering is worn in all public areas of the spa this can only be removed when in the gym, pool area or changing rooms

A one-way system to access pool and gym will be in place to adhere to where possible

No shower facilities in the changing rooms for health and safety reasons

Temperature checks for all clients receiving a beauty treatments

All beauty treatments are now available

Cashless transactions where possible

GUEST PASSES

If you would like to use a guest pass you are welcome to use 1 a month however these cannot be booked in advance you MUST call on the day to check availability and the guest will get use of 1 x 45 minute slot (your session must be booked with theirs and will count  towards your allocated slots that week.   

We really appreciate your positivity and understanding as we follow the correct procedures as always, our staff are here for your help.

Please email info@aquamanda.co.uk if you have any membership enquiries. As soon as we receive different guidance from the government, we will of course lift the restrictions in line with these as soon as we are able too & inform our members.
