Fitness Manager• Level 3 Personal Training including nutrition • Exercise to music • Aqua Lecturer and Instructor • Zumba Instructor • Fitsteps Instructor • Fitness Pilates Instructor I started my journey in the fitness industry as an instructor in 2001 for a well known hotel group and worked my way up to Fitness Manager, before having the exciting opportunity to join the Aquamanda team in 2009. Upon embracing the challenge to launch this new business with a timetable of only a few classes, we now offer in excess of 30 dynamic classes for our members to enjoy each and every week. We have worked extremely hard to be able to offer something for everyone, to our members and their guests alike. An achievement I am very proud of. Here at Aquamanda, we offer Personal Training sessions tailored to your specific requirements to help you achieve your fitness and wellbeing goals. We do so through our wealth of experience and knowledge, whilst setting realistic targets and making sure we are always working within your capabilities. Wether you need that extra bit of motivation, confidence or help reach your target weight loss for that special event. Our sessions are unique to each of our members and can vary from using our fitness machines, weights and array of gym equipment, to studio based HITT workouts and running sessions.
