Our COVID-19 Procedures  UPDATED: April 2021

  • Please complete your CONSULTATION FORM ONLINE HERE prior to arrival. If you have not yet registered on our online booking platform you will need to do this first.
  • We ask that all of our clients, spa day guests, members and spa break guests wear a mask in all public areas. This can only be removed when in the pool area, gym, changing rooms or when dining with us in the restaurants. If any client does not bring their mask we may have to reschedule the appointment and a cancellation fee will be required.

  • Only arrive 5 minutes before your appointment as no on-site waiting facilities will be available
  • Where you are able please come to your appointment alone
  • If you have symptoms of COVID-19 or are in a household with someone who is showing signs of COVID-19, please call us to rearrange your appointment
  • All clients will have their temperature checked on arrival, if this is 38 or over degrees, we will ask that your appointment to be rescheduled, no cancellation fee will be required.
  • We require ALL clients to have a NEW patch test for all our lash and brow treatments before their next appointment

Our Therapists

We believe our highly trained team of therapists are the best at looking after you and performing effective treatments to make you relax, rest and feel rejuvenated.


Unfortunately, no children under the age of 16 are permitted to use the Spa facilities so, if you are booked to have treatments, please ensure that you have made suitable arrangements for their care.


We appreciate that juggling busy family and work schedules can be difficult at times and ill health can cause cancellations.

Please note that treatment appointments may be cancelled and re-booked (subject to availability) at a time to suit up to 24 hours prior to your appointment and up to 7 working days for Spa Days. Unfortunately if bookings are cancelled after these times a 100% cancellation fee will be due.

All Spa Day packages and treatments are non-refundable


At AquaManda, all treatments are booked subject to medical status, which must be disclosed upon booking and to ensure that you receive the best treatment possible.

If you have a medical condition and would like to discuss the options available to you, our highly trained staff are happy to offer guidance and assistance. All discussions between yourself and the therapist are confidential. Suitability of treatments will be reconfirmed upon arrival at AquaManda following a consultation.

On occasions there may be a contra-indication you have which may result in the therapist being unable to perform your chosen treatment. In this case, if appropriate, your therapist will offer an alternative. If it is not possible to perform any treatments, no charge will be due.

If you are pregnant some treatments may not be suitable. Please consult the list featured for selected contra-indications to our treatments.

We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment is due in order that you can relax prior to your treatment.

We regret we cannot perform any body, facial or massage treatments on anyone who is undergoing cancer treatment or who hasn’t been in remission for 2 years without a doctors letter which must be provided prior to the treatment.
