Bringing the comedy club to Hempstead House this January with Compare, Stephen Owen and 2 guest comedians, John Newton & Richard Morton on behalf of PIE Entertainment.

Stephen Owen is an established & respected comedian and comedy impressionist. A natural performer with vast experience. His ability to communicate with audiences and create an innocent sense of fun and laughter with a little twist has been well received. Stephen has a broad range of accurate celebrity accents covering 30 years of entertainment, and he has performed alongside many celebrities from the worlds of sport and show business.

John Newton began his comedy career in 2003, he fast became known for his inventive writing, covering a massive spectrum of subjects from the surreal to the hard hitting, yet still managing to remember that "the gag" comes first. In that respect, he's an old fashioned gag teller/writer and proud of it.

Richard Morton - This Geordie comedian is a stalwart of the UK comedy circuit with a career spanning over 20 years. His bounding stage presence, catchy songs and material covering real life situations & quick fire gags has made him a true circuit favourite. His career has taken him to support many house hold names including Phil Jupitus, Lee Evans, Jo Brand and many many more.
